Containment Engineering

Every component we manufacture is designed to maintain total volumetric containment under extreme thermal and pressure cycling. Our fittings are hydrostatically tested and certified for ASME B31.3 compliance.

High-Pressure Expansion Joints

Multi-ply stainless steel bellows with reinforced elastomeric seals handle 600 psi at 450°F in caustic environments. Each unit is serialized and certified.

Series 4000 · 2–24 in. diameters

Transition Flanges

Bimetallic interface with nickel-alloy barrier layer prevents galvanic corrosion between carbon steel and stainless steel lines. Machined to 32-microinch finish.

Type TF-200 · ANSI B16.5 class 150

Reinforced Elastomeric Seals

PTFE envelope bonded to fluoroelastomer core with 304 stainless steel insert ring. Meets EPA Method 21 leak detection standards for fugitive emission service.

Model R-77 · 1/2–12 in. pipe sizes

Custom Profile Engineering

Non-standard flange configurations and custom lengths for retrofit projects where existing lines must tie into new stainless steel equipment.

Material test reports included

From Inquiry to Installation

Our structured process ensures every expansion joint, transition flange, and reinforced seal meets your exact piping specifications and containment requirements.

01

Process Data Review

You submit operating parameters — pressure, temperature, fluid composition, pipe size, and movement demands. Our engineers cross-check against ASME B31.3 and your site conditions.

02

Material & Configuration Selection

We match bellows ply, flange material (316L, carbon steel, or bimetallic), and seal compound (PTFE/FKM or custom) to your corrosive media and thermal cycling profile.

03

Engineering Drawings & Approval

You receive dimensioned GA drawings, bolt-torque specs, and movement tables. We incorporate your tie-rod, liner, or cover requirements before releasing for fabrication.

04

Fabrication & Hydrostatic Testing

Each unit is welded, assembled, and tested at 1.5× rated pressure. Serialized records include material test reports, weld maps, and leak-test certificates per EPA Method 21.

05

Packaging & Delivery

Components are crated with flange protectors and desiccant. We coordinate LTL or full-truck shipments with lift-gate service for heavy flanged assemblies.

06

Installation Support & Field Check

Our team provides bolt-torque sequences, alignment tolerances, and cold-set instructions. Post-installation inspection verifies zero-leak performance before line commissioning.

Select your containment package

Each option is engineered for a specific duty cycle. Choose the configuration that matches your piping network’s pressure, temperature, and chemical exposure requirements.
